Meet Lisa Brill.
Lisa heads up Research and Development at Diamond Brand Gear, handling product as well as our contract manufacturing needs. Lisa has filled many roles since she joined the team in 2006. In the early 90’s while living in Montana she found her passion in making outdoor gear. She took that knowledge with her to Alaska before arriving here in Western North Carolina. She has had a passion for sewing since her Mother taught her as a young child and has never quit!
Why are you here, what are you doing here anyway?
I love that you can walk through any doorway and be hiking, biking, exploring waterfalls, paddling to your next favorite watering hole or whatever your outdoor thing is. It’s all right here in our big backyard. I get to be part of the big picture in helping figure out how to make durable products better for the user and simpler for us Makers right here in the Carolina Mountains! We have a great team that is open to hearing everyone’s ideas without judgment!
