Reinforcing gratitude through Town Hall meetings
Recently we held a Diamond Brand Town Hall, to express our gratitude for our exceptional team of craftspeople. We celebrated birthdays, work anniversaries, innovations like our American Boro project and one-of-a-kind LMNL tents, and employee-led quality initiatives. But we also recognized that we’re a team of individuals who deeply care for each other. We step in for each other when needed. We all work to preserve craftsmanship, build equity and respect, and create a prosperous life. Diamond Brand is grateful for you all!
