We guarantee the quality and performance of everything we make because we believe in our gear, and hope you do, too. Therefore, if any defect arises due to something we did (or failed to do), we will repair it for you free of charge for the life of the product.
We also understand that you may encounter some of life’s mishaps or just some normal wear and tear. In these cases, we will make every effort to repair your gear for a service charge that varies based on the scope of the repair.
The Diamond Brand family believes in prolonging the life of everything we make and take pride in doing so. Please know our repairs will fix the functionality of the product, however, your product may look ‘repaired’ or not quite the same as when you first purchased it. This is your gear building character with stories to tell for years to come.
If your gear is outside of our guarantee and you wish for us to repair it, we are here to help! Below is a list of most common issues. We may have to contact you further with alternate solutions when we see your damaged goods in person. Please note: For items that weigh 20 pounds or more, different rates may apply.
What type of fix do you need?
- Small cut needing a patch, less than 5 inches
- Need a replacement piece of broken hardware
- Reinforcing seams
- Broken zippers on smaller items
- Replacing Velcro
- Grommet replacement
- Larger cut, 5 inches or more
- Entire zipper lines needing replaced
- Interior liner replacement
- Strap replacement
- A plethora of issues need to be addressed
- Panels need replaced
- Gaping holes, etc.
- Replacement pole sets (that work) but we no longer have in stock
Let’s be honest, we are an old company, and all products have a life span. There are products of ours that we don’t: have record of, pattern work for, images of, or the materials to fix. Doesn’t mean we are not up to the task. We simply ask that you are as committed as we are in bringing your gear back to life.
Our machines don’t like dirt – Please clean your gear. The above ‘Repair info’ applies to Diamond Brand Gear branded product only. Please reach out it there are questions. We do our best to get repairs back to you within 6 – 8 weeks. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. You cover shipping to us, we cover shipping to you.
