We stand by a 5 year warranty on all our fabrics, and a lifetime on manufacturing defects.
Occasionally, we manufacture some items that do not meet our high standards for quality aesthetic. These items are deemed “factory seconds” and sold in our factory clearance outlet. For these items, our warranty applies to their form and function, but not to their appearances.
This warranty does not apply to Diamond Brand products sold for rental or commercial purposes.
